Writing I had a fantastic experience at the Diamond Factory in the Powerscourt Centre, Dublin, thanks to Leah. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—from placing the order to collecting the diamond ring. Leah was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive, making sure everything was just right. She took the time to answer all my questions and made what could have been a stressful decision feel easy and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly approach really stood out, and it made the whole experience feel personal and special. I’m absolutely delighted with the ring and very grateful for Leah’s excellent service. Highly recommend!

Myself and my fiancé had the pleasure of working with Jana for both our wedding rings. Initially, we had never heard of the Diamond factory so we were both very curios. From the moment we stepped in the door the experience was incredible. She walked us through the whole process, showing us multiple styles she believed would suit us. We had only booked in for my fiancés ring, but as soon as I saw what they had to offer I got mine ordered on the same day too :) the rings & service from Jana was that good!! 10/10 for everything - THANK you so much Jana for all the help & making the whole experience so memorable!

Helpful pleasant staff . Great experience , unsure what I really wanted . Lady serving looked at what I had already , brought out trays made suggestions. . Went for something completely different and absolutely love my ring . Super price and could track the making progress
