We visited the Diamond Factory in Limerick city in early December. I was looking for an eternity ring .we met a lovely lady called Jemima she was so helpful and made us feel very welcome. She had a lot of knowledge when it came to diamonds. After I finally picked out my eternal ring we placed the order and had it just before Christmas. I had the honor of working with Jana on a bespoke engagement ring for my fiancée. Jana was exceptionally very patient, gives exceptional advices from details of the ring, structural integrity and any possible faults that may arise when it comes to a bespoke ring for your partner. Jana was very professional throughout the process and bears strong integrity with her clients and the manufacturing team, if anything does go wrong during the process, Jana will be quick to respond and holds strong reputation that a solution can be addressed immediately. For example during the final approved CAD design for my bespoke engagement ring for my fiancée, the production team accidentally manufactured the previous CAD design (which was beautiful in every possible way, except it was missing a small detail of an extra small diamond on the shank, never the less it was absolutely the dreams of all dreams of a bespoke ring for my fiancée). I did bring this up with Jana and she was able to compensate for the incorrect CAD design manufactured by the production team. Honestly the ring is still one of a kind and my fiancée and I cannot be more happy with the ring and with Jana and Diamond Factory’s work. Also to mention Jana and Diamond Factory delivered the ring on time as well before my proposal to my partner, super happy with that as well! Hiccups at times do occur but rest assured, Jana is a very well respected and honourable person to deal with bespoke engagement rings.
